Pete’s Eats is back with a new episode! This week on the menu we’re serving up a cedar plank salmon with a side of roasted potatoes dressed in a cilantro pesto sauce.
This classic summertime recipe may require more prep work than in previous episodes , but don’t let phase you. This impressive seafood main dish is simple, straightforward and will be sure to wow your dinner guests.
*Note for potential flamage: we did not get to soak our cedar plank as long as we’d like… and in the end, we had a few flames to manage. Aim to soak it for an hour or two, you’ll thank us.
